Gesvalt is an independent advisor of reference in asset valuation with a view to providing transparency and confidence to owners and investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a scenario where the rental market is booming and the shortage of rental housing in Spain is greater than in other countries, investors in this sector need reliable and timely data to make decisions under conditions of minimum uncertainty and guarantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018We have found the work developed with Ktesios very interesting because of the particularity that it has a social component as well as an economic one, a factor that we at Gesvalt have taken into special consideration and which the socimi has involved us in\u2019, according to Ra\u00fal Sanchez, our Business Development Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On the Ktesios request:<\/strong> the socimi invests in assets outside prime areas, but with favourable microeconomics, for long-term rental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ktesios commissioned us to obtain the market value of a portfolio comprising twenty-one residential properties located in the provinces of Toledo, Ciudad Real, C\u00e1diz, Murcia, Albacete, Alicante and Cuenca. Most of them are located in small towns and, in general, are recent developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, <strong>the portfolio involves the valuation of 223 residential units<\/strong> and one office building, some of them with parking spaces and storage rooms attached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Valuation of a portfolio of real estate assets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gesvalt has carried out the relevant research to provide a report of <strong>market valuation and appraisal under the standards <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gesvalt.es\/en\/blog\/everything-you-need-to-know-about-rics-valuation\/\"><strong>RICS<\/strong><\/a>.
