Therefore, unique properties would be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The difference with a full valuation lies mainly in the fact that it is carried out without the direct intervention of a valuer. In other words, the usual checks that are carried out in an appraisal are not performed.
