Banking and Finance
We are a leading company in the banking and finance sector, trusted by more than 50 banking institutions. As an approved appraisal company, supervised by the Bank of Spain and registered with the CNMV, we carry out around half a million appraisals in Spain. ECO ValuationsWe also provide valuations for mortgage purposes and for the review of collateral and foreclosed assets in debt repayment processes. Our team covers the valuation of all types of real estate, as well as associated rights, such as usufructs, administrative concessions or surface rights.

At Gesvalt we have extensive experience in the Distribution and Consumer sector, where we have worked with leading companies such as Mercadona, DIA, El Árbol, Mercabarna and Coviran, carrying out valuations of real estate portfolios, useful life studies and valuations of facilities. We have also accompanied companies such as Calvo and Primaflor in the valuation of brands and intangible assets, and Nutriceal Foods in the industrial valuation of its plant in Portugal.
Our track record also includes major corporate transactions, such as advising Danone on the acquisition of a new division, the valuation of assets for Sigma Group in Europe and the execution of a PPA for Kraft. At Gesvalt we have established ourselves as the leading consultancy firm in the advice to SOCIMIWe were pioneers in key milestones in the sector, such as the launch of the first SOCIMIs on Euronext and Portfolio SE, the first SOCIMI of SOCIMIs and the first with assets outside Spain, as well as participating in advising the most important investment funds.
