GESVALT SOCIEDAD DE TASACIÓN, SA offers its customers and users its Customer Care Service (SAC) to which they can address their complaints and claims in relation to the services provided by the Company under the terms and in accordance with the procedural rules established in its Customer Service Regulations and Regulation of the Procedure for the Submission of Complaints and Claims public knowledge and access from the website http://www.gesvalt.es where the model that the customer and user can use to formulate their complaint and/or claim is also available.

Complaints and claims may also be submitted in person at any of the different Gesvalt branch offices open to the public throughout Spain, whose postal addresses are also listed on the Company's website, where you may submit your complaint or claim, or by sending it by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to ensure that you can be sure of the date of receipt.

The Company's website also identifies the e-mail address serviciodeatencionalcliente@gesvalt.es through which complaints and claims can be submitted, except and without prejudice to doing so in person at any of the different offices of the Delegations of Gesvalt, open to the public throughout the country, whose postal addresses are also listed on the aforementioned website, to which the complaint or claim may also be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to ensure certainty of the date of receipt.

The Customer Service is and acts with full autonomy and independence from the rest of the Company's services.

If the resolution of the case is not satisfactory SAC, The customer and user may file a complaint with the Banco de España's Complaints Service, whose contact details are as follows:

In order to file a complaint and/or claim with the Banco de España, it will be necessary to have previously exhausted the Customer Care Service.
