A leading property valuation firm. I’ve had a valuation done with them and the process was very quick. I was missing a document, but they were very helpful throughout. A good choice – I needed to have my property valued by a valuer accredited by the Bank of Spain, so I booked one online, made the payment, and the valuer got in touch with me within 24 hours. A very friendly and pleasant gentleman came to value the property.As the visit took place on the Tuesday before Easter, I knew it would take a bit longer, but I’ve now received the valuation and it’s very comprehensive.
