What are we looking for?
We are looking for independent technicians to collaborate as external valuers for the valuation of various types of real estate: flats, single-family homes, commercial premises, land, rural properties, etc., depending on the candidate's experience.
The candidate is required to: Knowledge of applicable legislation in each case, agility in the management and completion of valuation reports, commitment to deadlines, knowledge of the purpose, structure and elements that make up an appraisal, good management of the documentation required in the reports, ability to travel within the province for which he/she is applying.
Experience in property valuation and the use of the Borsan Tasa software will be an asset. If you do not have previous experience, we will train you.
