At the end of 2024, the main macroeconomic and real estate indicators for the Spanish economy show a similar trend to previous quarters, generally characterised by moderate growth. The most obvious reflection of the economic progress achieved is a quarter-on-quarter increase in GDP of 3.41% in the second quarter of 2024, which is the largest variation recorded since last year.
