In the more than ten years since the bursting of the property bubble in Spain, and especially since the beginning of the recovery in 2015, one of the most pressing social concerns in the country has been access to housing. Although this problem is concentrated in large cities, the whole country has experienced sharp increases in housing prices in recent years, making it inaccessible to a significant portion of the population.
