During this second quarter of 2020, completely immersed in the scenario that the pandemic has generated worldwide, the price of housing in our country has fallen, changing the trend of decelerating growth that we have observed in recent years. The year-on-year decrease was 2.5%, resulting in a unit sales price of 1,378 €/m2. Compared to the maximum price reached during the first quarter of 2008, the difference between both prices widens, with the current price being 35.7% lower.
