A leading property valuation firm. I’ve had a valuation done with them and the process was very quick. I was missing a document, but they were very helpful throughout. A good choice – I needed to have my property valued by a valuer accredited by the Bank of Spain, so I booked one online, made the payment, and the valuer got in touch with me within 24 hours. A very friendly and pleasant gentleman came to value the property.As the visit took place on the Tuesday before Easter, I knew it would take a bit longer, but I’ve now received the valuation and it’s very comprehensive. I couldn’t be happier with this company. I needed a valuation right in the middle of the Christmas holidays, whilst valuers were on strike, and they managed to sort everything out in record time. I’d like to give a special mention to Fernando Espino Santana, the valuer from the Canary Islands, who understood the urgency of the situation and came round straight away as soon as he received my call. His service was impeccable and highly professional. Gema Saiz Sagredo works in invoicing and was a key figure throughout the whole process. She understood the urgency and liaised with all departments to coordinate and ensure a response that was not only satisfactory but also very swift. Her manner was so professional and warm that it actually moved me. Other key figures throughout the process were Javier Alonso Tello – a technician – and Lidia Sierra – an administrative assistant. It has taken them more than 10 days to get in touch with us to arrange the valuation, after we’d requested it and made the payment. But the worst part is trying to get in touch with them to find out more; neither by phone – because the virtual assistant never transfers the call to a member of staff – nor by email.
