This agreement focuses on the joint and integrated expansion of the services offered by both companies in the field of consulting and valuation of intangible assets for companies.

The current economic, social and business landscape, characterised by the uncertainty and volatility caused by the pandemic, has forced companies to initiate transformation and reinvention processes in order to expand their capabilities and resist the crisis. In this sense, a key aspect in this process is the management of intangible assets, a fundamental pillar in all companies and, on many occasions, undervalued. Intangible assets represent a very important tool for generating value for stakeholders and a key element for promoting differentiation strategies. It is therefore necessary to encourage the development of actions that generate competitive advantages, increase the value of products and services such as design, innovation, quality, or the development of personalised services and constitute new revenue streams for companies.
