Our work included the valuation of the portfolio of 9 assets corresponding to 14 dwellings, 8 parking spaces and 2 commercial premises located in the city of Barcelona, as well as 1 dwelling in the municipality of Palafrugell, in the province of Gerona.
In terms of Market Value, residential use is the predominant typology, comprising 15 dwellings of which 10 are in the same building. The rest of the portfolio is made up of 8 parking spaces and two commercial premises.
The portfolio was analysed taking into account different parameters.
