What is Project Monitoring?

Table of contents

Project Monitoring is a service for the control of the development of a promotion generated by the developer's need for financing.

For the development of Project Monitoring, 3 phases are identified:

The first phase, which is the initial report or initial Due Diligence, in which a study of the viability of the development is carried out at an economic and technical level, obtaining licences, work planning, in the case of residential housing sales control and a review of the documentation in order to be able to start the works, insurance and contracts with the parties involved during the development.

In the second phase, we carry out the follow-up reports, as many reports as necessary will be carried out in agreement with the financer and promoter until the end of the work, visits are made to check the progress of the work and certifications, invoices are monitored and the necessary documentation is followed up until the end of the work.

In the third phase, a final report or Final Due Diligence is carried out, once the works have been completed, the reception of the works by the promoter is verified, the obtaining of licences, technical control reports for the entry of the ten-year insurance coverage and, in short, the technical and administrative documentation necessary for the closing and legalisation of the development.

Why is Project Monitoring important?

The main objective of Project Monitoring is to minimise the possible risks that may arise during the execution of the promotion, to identify them as early as possible in order to be able to redirect them.
